Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. It should take around 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Economy Shipping will be a R100.00 flat rate for orders below R1000.00 and above that, shipping will be charged at R150.00.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
A courier company is used for shipping, this requires a physical address for shipping, and requires someone present at time of delivery to sign for the package.
N.B. Shipment to P.O. Boxes is not possible.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Dragonflyskywear.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside South Africa.
For orders outside of South Africa, please contact Dragonfly Skywear directly at info@dragonflyskywear.com. Please include your name and address on initial contact so that we can provide you with the most accurate information on whether we are able to ship to you.
